Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card driver?
Yes, the driver from your card's issuer (e.g. AKİS) must be installed. If your card works in other programs, the driver is already installed.
Do I need to start it every time?
No. On Windows it is ready in the background when the computer starts.
Which browsers does it work with?
Chrome, Edge and Firefox. The browser never touches the card; the signing request reaches SignBridge over a secure connection.
